CARE TREES

Foster Tree

Busy with routine and accumulating work, entrepreneurs, lecturers, TNI, Polri, lawyers, civil servants and private sector employees increasingly do not have free time to carry out environmental activities. We offer Foster/Care Tree products or programs. Partners/foster parents are needed to adopt several seeds from the Taruna Hita Global Foundation, to be planted according to their natural habitat. Tree habitat in coastal or mountainous areas. Seeds are planted according to orders, the seeds will be helped to be planted in the appropriate area. Plants will contain the GPS KML for each tree planted. The trees will be maintained and their conditions will be updated until the trees planted grow naturally without help to maintain their lives. Foster parents can monitor the progress of the seeds planted by looking at the KML link provided.

In 2025, planting will be equipped with KML GPS. The trees planted will bear the name of the foster parent who provided the financing. KML is equipped with planting date, photos when planting, volunteers who planted them, and photos periodically every 6 months. Foster parents can see the condition of their trees from the KML link provided.

Why Project Stop Luutung?

Lutung is a word often used in Balinese folklore, which means ape or monkey. One of the famous folklore titles in the past was I Lutung teken I Kekue (Monkey and Tortoise). The Melenia generation and Gen Z may barely know the Balinese word lutung. We don't discuss the story, but the play on words becomes Luu tung. Luu means trash in Balinese and tung means throw.
